Payment
Details of payment will be sent to you with your appointment confirmation letter. Full payment for your treatment is normally due on your first visit to the clinic, unless otherwise agreed beforehand. Payment should be made by cheque, made payable to Clarion Health Ltd or by cash. Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
Terms and Conditions
Upon registration and confirmation of your appointment, you will be asked to pay a deposit for your treatment. This will be deducted from the total payable.
If you are having a course of vaccines, we will set aside vaccines for you on receipt of your deposit. If we do not have all vaccines in stock at that stage, we will tell you so, place orders for more vaccines and let you know when we are in receipt of them.
For MMR and Childhood Vaccination Programmes, your 1st appointment will include a consultation with one of our medical staff. At the end of this consultation, you will be asked to sign a consent form, confirming that you wish to proceed with the course. Should you decide that you do not wish to go ahead, no fee shall be payable and any deposit already paid will be returned to you within 7 days.
Our Contract to You
Clarion Health undertakes to provide you with all the necessary information about your proposed treatment, the alternatives, and any possible side effects, in order for you to make an informed decision. We will only proceed with treatment after you have given written consent, and when we are assured that the proposed treatment is medically the best course for you. We undertake to maintain patient’s privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times. Your treatment will take place at our premises 2 – 4 Henry Street, Bath, BA1 1JT, in private consulting rooms.
