Making an appointment
If you wish to make an appointment, please telephone 01225 448348.  We offer weekend as well as weekday appointments.  We will try and accommodate the earliest convenient date and time for you.  If you telephone out of office hours, or at extremely busy times you will be asked to leave a message on our answering service.  A member of staff will call you back as soon as possible. 

We aim to see all patients on time for their appointments unless there are unavoidable circumstances, in which case we will inform you on your arrival at the clinic.

Cancelling an appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible.  We will rearrange for the earliest convenient date.

Out of Hours Emergency Number
Clarion Health operates an out-of-hours emergency telephone service for medical matters only.  Please telephone the normal office number 01225 448348 for details of the on-call number.  For appointment or other administrative queries out of office hours, please leave a message on the office answering machine and we will telephone you back at the earliest convenience.
